Having issues receiving or sending email?

Some quick fixes for email issues. Step one is going to be determining the root of the issue. Run through these steps and then move to the next step.
Not receiving email, but CAN send
Step 1: Log into your respective webmail client (if you are a Nimbus subscriber, that will be Nimbus.bestmacs.com). See if the missing emails are there.
Step 2: If they're NOT there skip to step 3. If they ARE there. There is an issue with the mail client (Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird). Try quitting the application and restarting. If you are still not having any luck, contact us, it is likely your account needs to be reconfigured.
Step 3: If you're not receiving email to your webmail there is an issue server side. Possibilities include the emails getting blocked by a spam filter, an incorrect email, a downed mail server.
